What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for the purchase of your trophies and awards. If you need to use a different method, please Contact Us to discuss your options. We will work with you to find a mutually agreeable payment method for your recognition award.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Orders shipped to addresses in Ohio will have 7.75% sales tax added. Otherwise, it is your responsibility to pay your state's respective sales tax directly to your taxing authority.

How will my product be shipped?
We use UPS ground shipping as our primary shipping method. Fedex shipping is also available at for additional charge, when necessary to expedite your order.

During the order process, our website automatically contacts UPS, based on the specific recognition awards in your cart and determines the shipping charge for those trophies and awards based your specified �ship to� zip code.

Keep in mind that, although you may see "Free Shipping over $100.00" at other trophy and award vendor websites, their shipping cost is really hidden in the cost of their recognition award products. At etrophyawards.com, you will pay the lowest possible price for your recognition awards, and then incur only our own actual shipping and handling costs. We have found this to be is the most cost-effective way to purchase your trophies and awards online.

How long will it take to process my order?
You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. As long as the recognition award product is in stock, most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders requiring highly customized engraving may take more time, depending on the complexity of the layout and the quantity of trophies and awards ordered. We recommend that you place your order for trophies and awards not less than 2 weeks prior to your event date, to ensure adequate transit time prior to your event. Is Rush Service available?
Absolutely! We understand the nature of the recognition awards business. For an additional fee, we will work with you to expedite the processing of your order, and our available Fed Ex services will ensure a quick delivery of your trophies and awards. Are there engraving charges?
As long as the engraving for your trophies and awards uses our standard fonts, engraving is absolutely free! No limits (outside of the award product dimensions themselves) or hidden charges found in the last step of the ordering process at other web sites. At etrophyawards.com, we are happy to provide accurate customized engraving at no charge. At our discretion we may choose to send a proof, for your approval prior to processing, to ensure the accuracy of engraving on your products.

How much text can I put on my recognition award?
The maximum number of engraving lines are automatically provided to you based upon each specific trophy or award product you order. Most customers have a lot they want to say on their recognition award, but remember, if you put too much text on your award it may be difficult to read. If you�re having difficulty creating the �perfect� inscription for your trophies and awards, please Contact Us and we�ll help you create the perfect inscription for your recognition award.

What fonts are used for engraving? Can I make any special requests?
At etrophyawards.com, we use fonts and styles designed for the best presentation of our products. On most trophies and awards, we have found that Times Roman for the wording and Script usually works best for the names. However, if you�ve got your mind set on a specific font, style, or layout for your recognition award, and you�re willing to pay a little extra for this, please Contact Us and we�ll work with you.

Can I have a logo added to my recognition award?
Absolutely! During the order process, you will have the option of uploading your logo. Some logo guidelines and instructions will be available regarding the logo. Remember that your uploaded logo will be applied to your recognition award exactly as it is provided to us. Therefore, we recommend that you review the image prior to upload to ensure that it is free of blemishes and imperfections. Are there any charges for logos?
Logos are absolutely free as long as uploaded images are free of blemishes and imperfections. Cleanup of imperfect logos is available at an additional charge depending entirely upon the labor necessary to produce a presentable image for your trophy or award. Please Contact Us if you need assistance cleaning up an imperfect logo.

How do I submit my logo?
Logos are uploaded online with your order. If you have chosen to have a logo added to a product, you will be directed to the logo guidelines and instructions prior to uploading your logo.

Can I request a proof before my order is processed?
As long as you utilize our standard fonts, our website allows you to preview your order in real time, exactly as it will appear on your chosen trophy or award. We offer proofs for customized engraving requests. Just Contact Us if you need this service, and we will fax or email you a proof before we process your order. Labor is charged for setup changes after the initial proof is provided.

Can you ship outside the United States?
If you are from outside the United States, please Contact Us, and we will work with you to process your order.

Can I change my order after receiving confirmation?
No, in many cases, you cannot change your order after receiving confirmation. Therefore, please ensure that recognition award order quantities are accurate and carefully review your engraving for your trophies and awards before submitting the order. If you do need to make a change, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We want to make sure you are happy with our service, but there is usually an additional charge if engraving must be revised.

What is your Return Policy?
Since we personalize our products, they are not returnable. If for any reason you are not pleased with your award(s), Contact Us and we will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied. What if I make a mistake on my order?

Please take the time to carefully review your text for your trophies and awards before submitting the order. If you notice an error shortly after submitting it, please Contact Us as soon as possible.
