At etrophyawards.com, you will pay the lowest possible price for your recognition awards, and then incur only our own actual shipping and handling costs. We have found this to be is the most cost-effective way to purchase your trophies and awards online.
Etrophyawards.com uses UPS Ground shipping for the vast majority of our trophy and award orders. UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. Fed Ex services are available on rush orders for an additional fee. See the map below for approximate UPS shipping times and rates from our store.

UPS Shipping Costs are calculated automatically by our website by analyzing the items in your cart and the zip code you have specified that the order be shipped to. During the checkout process, the shipping costs for your trophies and recognition awards are provided in step X of X. You can estimate the shipping costs of your recognition awards beforehand - when all of your awards and trophies are in your cart, by clicking on the View Cart link.
Taxes
Orders shipped to addresses in Ohio will have 7.5% sales tax added. Otherwise, it is your responsibility to pay your state?s respective sales tax directly to your taxing authority.
Guaranty & Damaged Goods
Since we personalize our recognition awards, they are not returnable unless you receive them in a damaged state. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange for return of the merchandise, and replacement of the damaged part or item. If for any reason you are not pleased with your recognition award(s), contact us and we will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
Engraving Help
Most customers have a lot they want to say, but remember, if you put too much text on your trophy or award it may be difficult to read. If you?re having difficulty creating the ?perfect? inscription, please contact us and we?ll help you create the perfect inscription for your recognition award.
